These Terms govern your use of Imaguess, provided by Ata Doğmaz under the Egdomapps brand. By using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Imaguess can be played with 4–10 human players or alone with Play with Bots; each human player needs a compatible iPhone and an internet connection. Your provider's connection charges may apply. The interface is available in Turkish and English; player-written clues are not automatically translated.
Follow the App Store age rating and applicable local age requirements. If you cannot legally accept these Terms yourself, obtain the required parent or guardian permission and use the game under their supervision.
The game uses guest accounts. Losing your session may prevent you from rejoining a game. Scores have no monetary value.
Your licence to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA. These Terms supplement it with rules for the game service. The Standard EULA takes precedence on conflicting licence matters; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You keep the rights to your names, clues and other content. You allow us to process, display and retain that content only as needed to operate the game and as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not allow us to sell your content or use it in advertising.
Do not post illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful or infringing material, or share others' private information without permission. Do not cheat, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access. Uses permitted by law remain protected.
Share room codes with people you trust. Report inappropriate content to support@egdomapps.com, including the incident time and room details if available. Avoid unnecessary personal information. We assess reports and may take proportionate action against misuse.
Our Privacy Policy explains guest accounts, gameplay information, providers and deletion. Accepting these Terms does not give consent to processing that requires separate consent.
Any download price is shown in the App Store before purchase. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before purchase. Refunds follow applicable law and Apple's processes.
Rights in the app's software, design, name and artwork belong to their respective owners. Your permission to use the app does not transfer ownership. Open-source licences and statutory rights remain unaffected.
We provide the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, connection problems and updates may interrupt games; uninterrupted access and preservation of every score cannot be guaranteed. We give appropriate notice of planned material service changes or closure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, refunds or compensation rights. You retain the protections and rights to approach competent authorities available under applicable law.
You may stop playing at any time. To delete your account, use Settings → Delete guest account. Uninstalling alone does not delete server-side records. We may restrict access for violations or security threats where lawful and proportionate; contact us to dispute a restriction.
We update the date above when these Terms change. We give appropriate advance notice of material changes and request acceptance where required. Changes do not apply retroactively to past transactions.
