This policy applies to LineSpark. It is for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Stencils are generated by a third-party AI service provider. When you start a generation, your selected image, instructions and settings are sent to the provider. For the provider's name and current AI sub-processors, email support@egdomapps.com.
We use a paid AI service. Under its paid-service terms, the provider says content is not used for general model training or general product improvement. The provider may still retain prompts, context and outputs for up to 55 days to detect abuse and enforce safety policies, including authorized review for those purposes. We do not control that copy, and account deletion cannot remove it.
We share information with service providers only for the purposes above: a third-party AI service provider for generation; Supabase for sign-in and saved projects; Apple for payment and refund decisions; RevenueCat for purchase and subscription verification; and PostHog for limited analytics and diagnostics. We require service providers to protect your information consistently with this policy and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or to handle a business transfer. We do not sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.
Saved projects and account data remain until you delete them. Content kept only to improve quality is deleted within 90 days. Uninstalling the app removes local data but does not delete cloud data. You can delete a project in the app or request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion removes our copies of your projects, images and account record. Our encrypted service backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days, and security, purchase or legal records may remain as required for those purposes. The provider's 55-day abuse-monitoring copy and Apple's transaction records are outside our systems and follow their own policies.
Manage Camera and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent for future processing. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to a privacy authority. Our legal bases may include providing your requested service, your consent where required, legitimate interests in security and reliability, and compliance with legal obligations.
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by providers in the United States. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and reasonable measures to protect information. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
