By using LineSpark, you agree to these terms with Ata Doğmaz (Egdomapps). Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it. You may stop using the app or request account deletion in Settings at any time.
You keep your rights in images, instructions and other content you submit. You represent that you have permission to use the content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to transmit, process and store that content only to provide the app's features and improve their quality. See our Privacy Policy for how sharing and deletion work.
Stencils are generated with a third-party AI service provider. For the provider's name and current AI sub-processors, email support@egdomapps.com. Outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other outputs. Cloud generation shares your selected image, instructions and settings only after you consent in the app. Review every design and its print dimensions before use. You remain responsible for third-party rights and professional tattooing decisions; the app is design assistance, not medical advice or a guarantee of safe tattooing. Your submissions must also follow the provider's applicable usage policies.
AI credits are one-time, in-app purchases. LineSpark Unlimited is an optional weekly subscription for unlimited stencils, AI tattoo designs and try-ons; fair-use limits on daily volume apply to keep the service available. It renews automatically every week at the price shown in the app until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Available plans may vary, and prices, credit amounts and plan details are shown before confirmation.
Apple processes payment and decides refund requests under its policies. When you ask Apple for a refund, we may give Apple information about your use of the purchase to help it decide (see the Privacy Policy). Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Local editing and export do not use credits.
A completed generation consumes the displayed credit cost. If generation fails, any credit reserved or deducted for that attempt is released or returned when the failed result is confirmed. If the result or credit status is unresolved, wait for confirmation before retrying. A purchase made without a linked account may not be recoverable after reinstalling, changing devices or switching accounts.
Do not use the app for unlawful or infringing content, abuse, attempts to bypass payment or security controls, or automated access that burdens the service. We may restrict access for abuse, security or legal reasons.
The app depends on your device, network and third-party services. We provide it as available and do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the app or reliance on an AI output. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes where required. They are governed by Turkish law, without limiting mandatory protections or courts available in your country of residence. For support or questions, contact Ata Doğmaz at support@egdomapps.com.
